SMS Terms and Conditions
Program name: ISI Energy text messaging.
Who sends the messages: ISI ENERGY LLC, (224) 395-1162, info@ISIEnergy.us.
What you may receive
- Transactional and informational messages, if you opted in to them: appointment confirmations and reminders, Zoom links, responses to your questions, documents you requested, and updates about a project you asked us to coordinate.
- Marketing messages, if you separately opted in to them: information about ISI Energy's services and educational content.
You may opt in to either, both, or neither. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from ISI Energy.
How you opt in
By checking a separate, unchecked consent box on a form at isienergy.us, or by giving verbal consent on a call that we record in our system with the date and time.
Transactional/informational and marketing consent checkboxes on our Contact form are both optional, separate, and unchecked by default. You may submit the form without selecting either checkbox. Providing a phone number alone does not opt you in to either messaging program.
Message frequency
Varies based on your interactions with us. Transactional messages are sent as needed for your appointment or project. Marketing messages, if you opted in, are sent occasionally. Up to 4 marketing messages per month.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message from us and you will be unsubscribed from that program. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. You can also opt out by emailing info@ISIEnergy.us or telling us on a call. We honor opt-out requests made by any reasonable means.
Help
Reply HELP to any message, email info@ISIEnergy.us, or call (224) 395-1162.
