By using isienergy.us (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are and what we do

The Site is operated by ISI ENERGY LLC. ISI Energy is a sales, education, and project-coordination company. ISI Energy is not a roofing contractor, an electrical contractor, or a solar installer. All regulated work, including installation, electrical work, permitting, and utility interconnection, is performed by independent, licensed third parties. ISI Energy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of ComEd, any utility, the Illinois Power Agency, or Illinois Shines.

Informational content

Content on the Site is for general educational purposes. It is not legal, tax, financial, or engineering advice, and it is not an offer or a guarantee of any price, savings, incentive, production, or outcome. Program rules, utility tariffs, and laws change; we try to keep articles current and show a last-reviewed date, but you should confirm details with the primary source or a qualified professional before relying on them.

No guarantee of savings

Participation in any solar program does not guarantee that you will save money on your electric bill. Any homeowner who installs solar remains a utility customer responsible for a utility bill.

Consultations and bookings

Booking a consultation creates no obligation to purchase anything and no obligation for ISI Energy to provide any product or service other than the consultation. Any installation contract is between you and the licensed partner (and, where applicable, a system owner or lender), and is governed by that contract and any required disclosure documents.

SMS communications

ISI ENERGY LLC sends transactional/informational messages about your inquiries, appointments, and projects only with your consent, and marketing messages about its services and educational content only with separate consent. Both consent checkboxes on our Contact form are optional and unchecked by default. You may opt in to either, both, or neither, and submit the form without either consent. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Transactional messages are sent as needed for your appointment or project. Marketing messages are limited to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You may also contact info@ISIEnergy.us or (224) 395-1162 for help or to withdraw consent. You may withdraw marketing consent without withdrawing transactional/informational consent, or the reverse, by emailing info@ISIEnergy.us or calling (224) 395-1162. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access it in unauthorized ways, scrape it for commercial purposes without permission, or submit false information through our forms.

Intellectual property

The Site's text, graphics, and logos are owned by ISI ENERGY LLC or its licensors. Stock photographs are licensed and do not depict ISI Energy projects. You may share links to our articles; please do not republish them without permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to government and utility websites and other third parties. We are not responsible for their content.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ISI ENERGY LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
